We’re Black Gate Distillery, a small family-run distillery from Mendooran in Central West NSW. Everything we make is produced, distilled and
matured right there at the distillery, using a direct-fired pot still and plenty of time in the shed.
We’ll have bottles of our Australian single malt whisky and our pure dark rum available to take home. No added sugar, no colour, no additives—just honest spirits made the traditional way.
