Widden Brook Farm is a small regenerative farm on Nullo Mountain near Rylstone, NSW, where Shireen and Darren handcraft Elderflower Mist Sparkling in small batches using their own elderflowers, pure mountain spring water, and certified organic ingredients sourced as locally as possible. Every bottle is grown, harvested, brewed, bottled, labelled and packed on the farm. Elderflower Mist Sparkling is naturally fermented, low alcohol at around 2.5%, vegan friendly, gluten-free, low sugar, and free from artificial additives, preservatives and sulphites. It is not a beer, not a wine, not a cider and not a cordial — just a one-of-a-kind sparkling drink made with flowers.
