The Huscarls are a Dark Age Re-enactment Society based in Sydney and the NSW Central Coast with a focus on depicting the everyday life of the Vikings with authentic displays. They interact with the public talking textiles, wood craft, war craft, metal smithing and Early Medieval culture and lifestyle; they also get to beat up their friends (members of the public excluded)

All the members of this group were in traditional dress of the period and exhibiting skills which were necessary for survival in this time. It was absolutely fantastic! I spoke at length with one of the gentlemen, who was an absolute wealth of knowledge about this period of time in Europe. Thought it was FANTASTIC! You guys made my day!”
