IRONFEST INC. will accept payment by Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard) or Direct Deposit into our account.

If you prefer not to pay or order over the Internet, you may contact us either by phone, fax or post your order through.
Depending on the Payment method you choose:

1. If you choose to pay by Credit Card using PayPal, the checkout procedure transfers you to PayPal's secure server for entering credit card payments. NB: you do not have to have a PayPal account to pay by Credit Card.
2. Australian customers can also pay by Cheque or Money Order or Direct Deposit.

• E-Tickets will not be emailed until cheque has cleared, money deposited or payment accepted by credit card.
• E-Tickets will not be validated until cheque has cleared, money deposited or payment accepted by credit card.
• E-Tickets once validated will be sent to the email address you entered when you created your account, please use a valid email address.

E-Tickets:
Please present your E-Ticket together with Photo ID at the IRONFEST INC. event. Multiple E-Tickets purchased on the same Invoice will be issued to the original purchaser only, please ensure that your group is together with you when you present your tickets. Each e-Ticket has a unique barcode and can only be vaildated once.

Purchase and Refund Policy:
There is no refund for IRONFEST INC. E-Ticket so please purchase wisely.

Please print a copy of your E-Ticket.
Bring a copy of your E-Ticket/s to the Event together with your Photo ID.

Protect your E-Ticket:

• Keep your e-Ticket in a safe place and safeguard it as you would money or regular tickets.
• Unauthorised duplication or sale of your e-Ticket may prevent your admittance to the event.
• The unique barcode on this ticket can only be used once.
• Multiple copies of this ticket will not allow multiple entries to the event.
• Do not buy a e-Ticket from a source other than IRONFEST otherwise you will not be able to verify if the e-Ticket is legitimate or an unauthorised copy.
• In the event that duplicate copies appear, the venue or promoter reserves the right to refuse entry to ALL ticket holders.

This ticket is sold by IRONFEST INC. ABN 36 034 978 972; the party who presents the event, and includes a promoter or producer or venue as the case may be.

This sale is subject to terms and conditions which are available by contacting IRONFEST Ticketing Coordinator on 0438 234 336, on IRONFEST’s web site ironfest.net and may be viewed online.

The e-Ticket is a Tax Invoice. The total price of this ticket includes GST if applicable. An additional Order Fee will be applied to each e-Ticket. The Order Fee will be shown at the time of Checkout, however, will not be shown on the actual e-Ticket.

SHIPPING/POSTAL CHARGES

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed in the “checkout” procedure. You will first need to set up an account to access the “checkout” procedure. Deliveries within Australia are sent by Australia Post Post, whereas deliveries to all other countries are sent by Economy Airmail.

ESTIMATED SHIPPING/POSTAL TIMES (applies only to non-Ticket purchases)

It usually takes one to two days for credit card payments to be processed by PayPal, and we will ship orders only once payment is cleared by PayPal (or otherwise received).

Australian deliveries: The estimated delivery times in the “checkout” procedure are Australia Post estimates for the actual delivery time only. Please allow an additional two days (approximately) for your payment to be processed and your order dispatched. Most Australian orders will be received within 5 to 7 working days.

Non-Australian (overseas) deliveries: Most orders will be received in approximately two weeks of when they are placed. However this does vary considerably - and largely depends on where in the world we are shipping to (and the postal system of that country!). Please allow up to three weeks for delivery before querying us on the possibly of your order having been lost in transit.

If you require a faster delivery than these standard options, then please contact us and we can assist with making arrangements for shipping via your preferred carrier.

RETURNS POLICY

Return Policy. Due to the nature of our online site, and the products listed, we IRONFEST have a strict NO RETURN policy for any product. No product shall be able to be returned for a like item, or for a cash refund.
