Ironfest 2013 is go! And it’s looking great already.

We will be undergoing some significant administrative changes over the next couple of years, one of the biggest being our new ‘Kingdom of Ironfest’ Crown Visas System. (An online registration for all participants & visitors) (Coming Soon)

For the present please use the most appropriate number down below.

Some very important things to note:

Access to the Participants Gate will be available from both ends of Barton St (Click here for Map when available)

Living History participants have their own access gate. (See map when available)

All performers should enter by foot at the Participant Gate (See map when available) after 9.30am each day. 

Stallholder internal site access and parking procedures are currently under review. All changes will be advised.

All vehicles entering the site must have a mobile phone contact number & the name of the exhibitor displayed on the vehicle’s wind-screen in a readable position.

All stallholders are asked to unload as quickly as they can and to then move their vehicle to one of the designated locations (There are three locations: (1) adjacent to the Participant Entry gate, (2) in the Pool Area & (3) Northern side of the sports fields beyond the hessian temporary fence. (See map when available.) 

(Stallholder’s wishing to incorporate their vehicle into their stall must disguise/ cover their vehicle over so that it is not easily visible.)

There is back of house on-site parking available for living history participants & limited stallholders.

All stallholder’s and performers vehicles must be off site, by 9.30am 

Sorry for all the restrictions, but Ironfest has now grown to such an extent that these rules must be enforced so that everyone involved has as stress free time as possible.
